Air Mile Radius Maps

People have been searching for an easy utility to make/view radius maps around their business to see if they qualify for these rules, or to keep themselves legal. Is it possible I could get a program that I could enter in a specific location and get several different air mile distance radius’ for that location all at once? For example have the map show a 50, 200 and 500 air mile radius from the location?
If so what software would do that, and what would I need to do to get it?

First of all, thank you so much for coming buy and for leaving a comment. I just started this site up, to focus the map questions from my GPS-oriented site and you are my very first commenter.
For your map question, you can purchase Microsoft MapPoint (cheapest place I know of is on eBay). It just takes a couple mouse clicks each for as many radius rings as you care to put on a map. I published a complete tutorial here:Who Else Wants a Radius Map
